Relax in a newly furnished, air-conditioned, high-class apartment, located on the northern shore of Lake Mikołajskie. The apartment was designed with attention to every detail, offering a perfect room configuration.

The main part of the apartment is a living room with a kitchenette and a dining room with access to the terrace facing the street.

The kitchen area has a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as all necessary equipment for making coffee and tea.

The apartment also has two separate bedrooms.

The first one has a double bed for 2 people, TV, chest of drawers and a terrace overlooking the lake.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, TV and a terrace overlooking the lake.

The bathroom has a shower cabin. Guests are provided with clean towels, bed linen and a hairdryer.

The apartment includes an underground parking lot.

The route starts from the forest areas in the southern part, passing the ports, to connect with the street in the northern part. Circular, reaching the Hanging Bridge, which directly connects the city center with the renovated promenade.

The apartment is located in a building with an elevator and an underground private parking space. Its intimate location adds charm to the entire stay, ensuring the highest level of relaxation while providing access to the most important attractions in close proximity.

Pets are welcome here. We welcome smaller, well-behaved adult pets. Remember, you are responsible for keeping the apartment tidy after your pet. For a stay with a dog, we charge a one-time fee depending on the breed.

Cleaning service

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Dishes and cutlery are washed in the dishwasher. Bed covers, blankets and pillows are fresh for your arrival. During your stay, you can keep things tidy by using the provided cleaning products – we provide the necessary detergents. On site you will find everything necessary to keep order.

Important

We do not consent to the organization of the ceremony, under penalty of removal from the facility without refund of the reservation costs. Additionally, before the reservation/arrival of guests, a deposit of PLN 500 may be collected, payable by transfer to the account indicated by the host. The deposit is returned provided that the apartment is returned in a condition consistent with its condition on the day of its acceptance.
