Pratum is an intimate housing estate of low buildings with modern architecture. The regular lines of luxurious interiors naturally shift the eye to the clear waters of Lake Tałta, which is located on the route of the Great Masurian Lakes. The apartment was designed with attention to every detail, offering a perfect room configuration.

The main part of the apartment is a living room with a kitchenette, from the living room you can access the terrace and garden. From here you can admire the view of Lake Tałty.

The kitchen area has an induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and all necessary equipment for making coffee and tea.

The apartment also has a separate bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed.

The bathroom has a shower cabin. Guests are provided with clean towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, a washing machine and free toiletries.

We are available by phone throughout our guests’ stay, ready to help in case of any problems.

Reservation

Pets are welcome here. We welcome smaller, well-behaved adult pets. Remember, you are responsible for keeping the apartment tidy after your pet. For a stay with a dog, we charge a one-time fee depending on the breed.

Cleaning service

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Dishes and cutlery are washed in the dishwasher. Bed covers, blankets and pillows are fresh for your arrival. During your stay, you can keep things tidy by using the provided cleaning products – we provide the necessary detergents. On site you will find everything necessary to keep order.

Important

We do not consent to the organization of the ceremony, under penalty of removal from the facility without refund of the reservation costs. Additionally, before the reservation/arrival of guests, a deposit of PLN 500 may be collected, payable by transfer to the account indicated by the host. The deposit is returned provided that the apartment is returned in a condition consistent with its condition on the day of its acceptance.
