The City Forest Apartment No. 31 is an excellent option for a two-person family looking for a comfortable getaway in the heart of Masuria. The development boasts a unique location right next to Lake Czos and the Four Winds Mountain, surrounded by greenery and recreational areas. Its modern architecture blends harmoniously with the natural landscape, creating an ideal place for both relaxation and active recreation year-round.

This two-story apartment is located on the second floor and features a functional interior, including a spacious living room with access to a panoramic terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor features two bedrooms: the first, open to the stairs and furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed, and the second with two single beds, each 110 x 200 cm and 90 x 200 cm.

The apartment comes with two parking spaces: one in the underground garage and the other outside under the building.

Pets are welcome here. We welcome smaller, well-behaved adult pets. Remember, you are responsible for keeping the apartment tidy after your pet. For a stay with a dog, we charge a one-time fee depending on the breed.

Cleaning service

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Dishes and cutlery are washed in the dishwasher. Bed covers, blankets and pillows are fresh for your arrival. During your stay, you can keep things tidy by using the provided cleaning products – we provide the necessary detergents. On site you will find everything necessary to keep order.

Important

We do not consent to the organization of the ceremony, under penalty of removal from the facility without refund of the reservation costs. Additionally, before the reservation/arrival of guests, a deposit of PLN 500 may be collected, payable by transfer to the account indicated by the host. The deposit is returned provided that the apartment is returned in a condition consistent with its condition on the day of its acceptance.
