Pratum is an intimate housing estate of low buildings with modern architecture. The apartment was designed with attention to every detail, offering a perfect room configuration.

The main part of the apartment is a living room with a fold-out sofa with sleeping function and a kitchenette. Both in the bedroom and the living room, you can go out to the viewing balcony and admire the view of Lake Tałty and the panorama of Mikołajki.

The kitchen area has a stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary equipment for making morning coffee or tea.

The apartment also has a separate bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe.

The bathroom has a shower cabin. Guests are provided with clean towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, a washing machine and free toiletries.

Reservation

Pets are welcome here. We welcome smaller, well-behaved adult pets. Remember, you are responsible for keeping the apartment tidy after your pet. For a stay with a dog, we charge a one-time fee depending on the breed.

Cleaning service

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Dishes and cutlery are washed in the dishwasher. Bed covers, blankets and pillows are fresh for your arrival. During your stay, you can keep things tidy by using the provided cleaning products – we provide the necessary detergents. On site you will find everything necessary to keep order.

Important

We do not consent to the organization of celebrations, under penalty of removal from the facility without refund of the reservation costs. Additionally, before the reservation/arrival of guests, a deposit of PLN 500 may be collected, payable by transfer to the account indicated by the host. The deposit is returned provided that the apartment is returned in a condition consistent with its condition on the day of its acceptance.
