Mikołajki is located on two lakes: Tałty and Mikołajskie. Called the summer capital of Masuria, they offer their charms not only in the summer months. Charming cafes and excellent restaurants, a picturesque promenade and a quiet marina are a perfect reason to fall in love with Mikołajki, regardless of the season. Everything you need for everyday life and deep relaxation is here, close to you.

The location of Pratum among the Masurian lakes means that its inhabitants are never bored: kayaking, sailboats, boats, pedal boats and SUPs, windsurfing as well as countless water attractions for children (aqua parks, swimming pools and water slide complexes) are everyday life here .

The main part of the apartment is a living room with a kitchenette and a dining room, with access to the terrace. From here you can admire the view of Lake Tałty and the panorama of Mikołajki.

The kitchen area has a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as all necessary equipment for making coffee and tea.

The apartment also has a separate bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has a shower cabin. Towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, a washing machine and free toiletries are provided.

Pets are welcome here. We welcome smaller, well-behaved adult pets. Remember, you are responsible for keeping the apartment tidy after your pet. For a stay with a dog, we charge a one-time fee depending on the breed.

Cleaning service

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Dishes and cutlery are washed in the dishwasher. Bed covers, blankets and pillows are fresh for your arrival. During your stay, you can keep things tidy by using the provided cleaning products – we provide the necessary detergents. On site you will find everything necessary to keep order.

Important

We do not consent to the organization of the ceremony, under penalty of removal from the facility without refund of the reservation costs. Additionally, before the reservation/arrival of guests, a deposit of PLN 500 may be collected, payable by transfer to the account indicated by the host. The deposit is returned provided that the apartment is returned in a condition consistent with its condition on the day of its acceptance.
