The apartment features two bedrooms. The first has a large double bed and a balcony with a side view of Lake Tałty and the beautiful panorama of Mikołajki. The second bedroom has a single bed measuring 120 x 200 cm and also offers access to the balcony.

A spacious living room with a fold-out sofa bed, which opens onto a second terrace overlooking Lake Tałty, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with a shower.

Guests have access to one parking space in the underground garage and a bicycle storage room.

Reservation

Pets are welcome here. We welcome smaller, well-behaved adult pets. Remember, you are responsible for keeping the apartment tidy after your pet. For a stay with a dog, we charge a one-time fee depending on the breed.

Cleaning service

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Dishes and cutlery are washed in the dishwasher. Bed covers, blankets and pillows are fresh for your arrival. During your stay, you can keep things tidy by using the provided cleaning products – we provide the necessary detergents. On site you will find everything necessary to keep order.

Important

We do not consent to the organization of the ceremony, under penalty of removal from the facility without refund of the reservation costs. Additionally, before the reservation/arrival of guests, a deposit of PLN 500 may be collected, payable by transfer to the account indicated by the host. The deposit is returned provided that the apartment is returned in a condition consistent with its condition on the day of its acceptance.
