The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a seating area – two sofas with electric reclining footrests and reclining backrests provide maximum comfort while sitting, reading, or watching Smart TV. A comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and balcony access with panoramic views of Mikołajki and a side view of the lake. A second bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, also with balcony access, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. The carefully designed interiors combine modern design with functionality, ensuring comfort for both short breaks and longer stays.

Pets are welcome here. We welcome smaller, well-behaved adult pets. Remember, you are responsible for keeping the apartment tidy after your pet. For a stay with a dog, we charge a one-time fee depending on the breed.

Cleaning service

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Dishes and cutlery are washed in the dishwasher. Bed covers, blankets and pillows are fresh for your arrival. During your stay, you can keep things tidy by using the provided cleaning products – we provide the necessary detergents. On site you will find everything necessary to keep order.

Important

We do not consent to the organization of the ceremony, under penalty of removal from the facility without refund of the reservation costs. Additionally, before the reservation/arrival of guests, a deposit of PLN 500 may be collected, payable by transfer to the account indicated by the host. The deposit is returned provided that the apartment is returned in a condition consistent with its condition on the day of its acceptance.
